Appointments

Overview
Appointments shows what has been agreed with you — with date, time and location or joining link. The area only appears if your provider has enabled scheduling.
Core tasks
View upcoming appointments. The list shows upcoming ones first. Past ones remain for the record.
Book an appointment. Where your provider offers booking, you choose a type of appointment and then a free slot. Only times that are genuinely free are offered.
Reschedule or cancel. Where this is intended, you find the option on the appointment itself. Your account manager is notified.
Fields in detail
| Field | Required | Values / format | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Appointment type | yes | the offered types | What you are booking for. It determines duration and who is available — which is why the choice of times changes when you switch here. |
| Date and time | yes | an available slot | Only what is genuinely free is offered: time already blocked in the person's calendar has been taken out. |
| Your details | partly | name, email, further fields per type | What the provider needs to know for this appointment. Which fields appear and which of them are required is set by the appointment type. |
| Note | no | text | What you want to say in advance. |
| Cancel / reschedule | — | button | Possible until the stated deadline. After that the route is through your account manager — the deadline is shown on the appointment so it does not surprise you. |
Settings & permissions
Your provider defines which appointment types are bookable and at what notice.
FAQ & troubleshooting
No free times are shown. Then nothing is free in the chosen period. Try a later period.
The joining link is missing. For online appointments it is sometimes created shortly beforehand. If it does not appear at all, ask your account manager.
