Assistant and help
Overview
There are two places for questions, and they answer different things.
The assistant answers questions about your own cases and about operating the portal — in conversation, in full sentences. It only ever sees what you are allowed to see.
The help centre contains the guides and notes your provider has put together for its customers. It is editorial content, not a conversation.
On top of that there is page help behind the question mark in the top right: it explains exactly the page you are on.
Core tasks
Ask a question. Write in your own words. The assistant remembers the conversation, so you can follow up.
Look something up. Search the help centre by keyword.
Get further when neither is enough. Raise a request — that becomes a numbered case a human follows up.
Fields in detail
This page has one input field.
| Field | Required | Values / format | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Question | yes | text | Your question in plain language. The answer is drawn exclusively from the content released to you — with its source named. If nothing is found, the assistant says so instead of inventing something. |
The portal assistant is deliberately narrower than the internal one: internal handbooks, other customers and company internals are out of its reach. That boundary sits on the server; it cannot be talked around with clever questions.
Settings & permissions
The assistant answers solely on the basis of what has been released to you. Internal notes, other customers and unpublished content are out of its reach — that is not a setting, it is built in.
FAQ & troubleshooting
The assistant says it cannot help. Then it lacks the basis. Phrase the question more specifically or raise a request.
I get a message about too many requests. There is a limit per period. Try again a little later.
